Greece Receives €5m From Norway To Cope With Refugees

Norway has gifted Greece with €5m to help fund their refugee crisis as they continue to face massive economic uncertainty.

Norwegian Prime Minister Erna Solberg felt compelled to give Greece the money after seeing images of the refugee swarms, and in a gesture of compassion has offered to aid in the financial aspect of the crisis. As yet, the Norwegians have not heard back from the Greek government, primarily because of the chaos occurring there at the moment. It is proving somewhat difficult to get in touch with them as a result. In the first seven months of this year, roughly 340,000 refugees and migrants have successfully managed to reach the EU. This has now become the most substantial refugee crisis since World War II.

Solberg went on to say that the current system is in need of review and that Norway would no longer instinctively send the asylum seekers back to Greece due to growing concerns that they can no longer manage the sheer volume of people effectively. However she did also state that the current situation is definitely not sustainable. Finally a word of common sense amongst the mass hysteria.

When looking at the European Union’s Dublin Agreement, it is worthwhile noting that refugees are supposed to seek asylum in the first country in which they arrive within the union. However, if this is the case, why is it that those of us in France, Germany, Britain, Sweden, etc. are seeing these people being welcomed with open arms into each of our countries? It is almost as if our politicians want to see our lands flooded with these incompatible aliens.
